5^th Worcester Sea Scout Group

Beaver Scouts (6-7)

Like most Scout Groups we have more young people wanting to join than we have places. If your child is over 2 years old it is unlikely that they will be able to get a place in our Beaver Scouts. If you are willing to help out with the Group and become a Leader then your child will be given priority in joining the Group. If you are interested in helping out then please contact the .

Cub Scouts (8-10)

Our Cub Scout Pack draws most of its members from the Beaver Scouts moving up when they reach 8. Occasionally due to children moving away there may be places for children to join the Pack directly. If your child is 8 or older then contact the to add your child to the Cub waiting list.

Sea Scouts (10-14)

We currently have some places available in the Scout section for young people aged 10 to 14. No previous experience of Scouting is required and the places are open to both boys and girls. The only requirement is a wish to join in and have fun. If you feel this is for you please contact the .

Explorer Scouts (14-18)

The Explorer Scout Unit is run by Worcester District rather than the 5th Worcester Group themselves. Worcester North Explorer Scout Unit meets at our Scout Hut. If you are in the 14-18 age group and want more information then please contact the DESC Keith Burkert on 01905 611308.

Adults

If you are interested in helping out with the Group as a Leader or Adult Helper you will be very welcome. For an informal (no commitment) chat please contact our or any of the above Leaders if you have an interest in a particular Section.
